Die Wohnung befindet sich in der alten Brauerei und verfügt über Echtholzboden, ein sehr modernes Bad mit Wanne und hat einen Balkon mit Sonne am Vormittag. Die Nachbarn sind alle noch recht jung und alle sehr entspannt.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt, 1 Minute von der Leipziger Straße entfernt, 3 Minuten vom Franckeplatz und 5 vom Marktplatz und hat damit eine perfekte Lage. Man hat eine sehr gute Anbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten diverser Art vor der Tür und ausreichend Parkplätze gibt es auch.
