Hallo, wir wollen unsere geliebte Wohnung abgeben und suchen Nachmieter*innen. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer sowie eine Durchgangsküche und Bad mit separater Toilette und ist insgesamt 65 Quadratmeter groß. Die Zimmer des Altbaus haben Parkettboden und durch die große Fenster sind die Räume sehr hell.
Auch die Lage ist top, die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber von REWE und Lidl, zum Bahnhof braucht man fünf Minuten und zum Steintor eine Minuten. Von da fahren zahlreiche Bahnen in alle Richtung Halles.
Die Wohnung kostet 610 Euro warm und ist als zwei Personen WG geeignet, da das Wohnzimmer der Durchgang zu Küche und Bad ist. Wir suchen Nachmieter*innen ab März und freuen uns auf eure Nachrichten.
