Da mein Freund und ich umziehen suchen wir für unsere große Wohnung einen Nachmieter ab Mai. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und eignet sich ideal für Paare. Die Küche ist praktisch und bietet viel Platz zum Arbeiten und Kochen. Der Waschmaschinenanschluss befindet sich im Bad. Prunktstück der Wohnung ist das etwa 40qm² große, wunderschöne Wohnzimmer mit Holzbalken.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Viertel Freiimfelde. Bis zur nächsten Tramhaltestelle sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß und der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis zum Supermarkt (Netto) sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Mit dem Fahrrad seid Ihr innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Hufeisensee.
Strom kostet etwa 50€ und Internet 30€. Je nach Bedarf können nach Absprache Lampen und Gardinen / Vorhänge und ggf. auch die Waschmaschine und weitere Möbel gegen eine Abschlagszahlung übernommen werden.
