Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten. Sie hat eine große Küche ein großes Bad und ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch ausreichend groß. Das wohl schönste ist das halbe Zimmer wenn man eine kleine Treppe hoch geht.
Der Balkon hat Südlage, somit hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne drauf.
Wir haben jetzt 1 1/2 Jahre hier zu zweit gewohnt und müssen jetzt auf Grund unseres Nachwuchses umziehen.
Relativ mittig zwischen Rannischem Platz und Hauptbahnhof. Auf dem Markt braucht man ca 10 Minuten und bis zur nächsten Haltestelle nur 3-4 Minuten.
Zu Penny läuft man auch nur ein paar Minuten und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke.
Einen Parkplatz findet man eigentlich immer, vorausgesetzt es werden nicht gerade 4 Straßen gleichzeitig erneuert.
