Hallo zusammen!

Ich bin vom 23.Juni bis 31. August im Urlaub und suche für diese Zeit einen Zwischenmieter/in. Die gesamte Miete beträgt 600€ pro Monat für 70 qm.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche, einem Fernsehzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Kinderzimmer, einem Badezimmer, einem Balkon und einem Arbeitszimmer.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können.
Es ist sehr gut für die Familie geeignet, aber auch andere sind willkommen. Haustiere und Rauchen sind nicht gestattet.

Am besten Sie kommen einfach mal vorbei und schaust dir die Wohnung an!

Lage

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neustadt und nur ein minuten von der Tram-Bus-Haltestelle An der Feuerwache entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn bist du dann in 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Auch gibt es nicht weit entfernt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Peny, Edeka, Netto.

Falls die Wohnung euer Interesse geweckt hat, würde ich mich freuen, wenn ihr auf einen Tee o.ä. vorbeischaut und sie euch persönlich anschaut.
