Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung ab 01.08..
Zur Ausstattung:
Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, sowie ein Fenster. In der Küche könnte je nach Wunsch meine Einbauküche übernommen werden. Beide Räume sind eher kleiner gehalten, aber völlig ausreichend.
Ein Essbereich lässt sich im großen Wohnzimmer (22 qm) her richten. Von dort geht das kleinere Schlafzimmer (ca 15 qm) in den Innenhof ab.
Das Kinder-/Arbeitszimmer ist sehr geräumig (18qm) und vom Flur aus zu erreichen.
Diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände können auch übernommen werden!

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, sowie diverse Cafes und Bars und die Peißnitz ist auch nicht weit. Die Straßenbahn ist innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen ohne dass man den Krach direkt vor der Tür hat.
