I am working abroad for a while and am subletting my apartment in the meantime.
The apartment will be initially from 22 December 2017 to 31 March 2018 with the option of an extension.
The apartment has 1,5 rooms:
- separate bed room with 140x200cm bed and a large wardrobe
- large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, pull-out sofa bed, desk
- bath room with window, bath tub and washing machine
The apartment faces the backyard and garden, that is used jointly with the other tenants in the building.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen August-Bebel-Platz und Ludwig-Wucherer-Straße, am Rande des Paulusviertels.

The apartment is very centrally located, between August-Bebel-Platz and Ludwig-Wucherer-Straße, close to the Paulusviertel - a neighborhood very popular with students.

With tram 12 you can reach the main train station within 7min.
