Für meine 2Zimmerwohnung im Paulusviertel suche ich von Ende August/ Anfang September 2013 bis August 2014 einen Zwischenmieter. Die Wohnung hat 2 große Zimmer mit Parkett und Dielung, eine Wohnküche mit schickem Küchenbuffet, ein kleines Bad sowie einen Balkon und ne warme Heizung. Der Hinterhof kann mit genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung möchte ich möbliert vermieten: ein großes Bett, drei Schränke, Regale, Sofa, Sessel, Schreibtisch, selbstgebaute Spüle, Waschmaschine und natürlich Tische und Stühle. Die Einrichtung ist verhandelbar.
Zentral gelegen im Paulusviertel, 24h Edeka zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Tram zu Fuß in 2 Minuten, Bahnhof in 7 min per Rad zu erreichen
