Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig (alle Fenster Richtung Hinterhof). Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohn- / Arbeitsraum mit Kochnische und einem separaten Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man so zum Kochen braucht. Das Bad ist innenliegend, dafür mit Lüftung. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Ab mittags scheint die Sonne direkt ins Schlafzimmer und wandert dann weiter bis ins Wohnzimmer. Dadurch lässt es sich am großen Fenster mit offener Tür fast wie auf einem Balkon sitzen!
Super zentrale Lage in der Nähe von Reileck und Pauluskirche. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind gut in 2-5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen (Linie 12 fährt nur 10 min bis zum Bahnhof, Linie 7 ca 15 min bis zum Marktplatz). Der 24h Edeka ist quasi vor der Tür und am Reileck gibt es einen Bioladen, McPaper/Post und Rossman. Auch einige nette Bars und Cafés sind direkt um die Ecke. Auf die Peißnitz/an die Saale läuft man ca. 10 min.
Falls du etwas für Pflanzen übrig hast, lasse ich auch gerne meine Zöglinge in deiner Obhut.
