Ich gehe für ein Forschungssemester ins Ausland und vermiete deswegen meine Altbauwohnung im Paulusviertel vom 18.10.2017 bis 01.03.2018 unter! Die Wohnung ist möbliert, hat alle Geräte, die man so braucht (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger...)
Der Balkon ist geräumig und sowohl von der Küche als auch vom Schlafzimmer aus zu begehen.
Im innenliegenden Bad gibt's außerdem eine schicke Regenwalddusche.
Die Hausverwaltung möchte gerne eine ausgefüllte Selbstauskunft haben und dich kurz kennenlernen, dazu müsstest du also bereit sein ;)
Ideal wäre außerdem, wenn du eine Haftpflichtversicherung hast.
Bitte keine Haustiere. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon kein Problem.
Eine genaue Aufschlüsselung der Mietkosten folgt (Strom, Internet, GEZ).
Zentral gelegen im Paulusviertel. 5-7 min zur Tram 'Lessingstraße', 10-15min zum Steintor mit Geisteswissenschaftscampus.
