Ich ziehe nach Leipzig und verlasse daher meine Wunderschöne Wohnung.
Momentan herrscht hier Baby-Chaos, daher keine aktuellen Fotos ;-)

Ich möchte Teile meiner Küche und die Waschmaschiene in der Wohnung belassen.
Ablöse 300 Euro.
Geheizt wird mit Gas, auch Warmwasser. Da muss man einen gesonderten Vertag abschließen!
Ich überlege noch, ob ich die Wohnung auch zur Zwischenmiete einstelle ( mindestens 12 Monate) aber selbst dann wären die Chancen auf Übernahme sehr gut!
