ich suche ab 01.05. einen Nachmieter für meine 2 Raum Wohnung. Sie ist hell, Bad mit Fenster und Dusche, im Wohnraum ist eine Kochnische (1,70m breit) und 31qm groß. Sie liegt in der Dieskauer Straße im Hinterhaus und verbindet so eine optimale Verkehrsanbindung, wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, zahlreiche fussläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ruhe! Im großen Zimmer ist nussbaumfarbendes Laminat verlegt, im Schlafzimmer beigefarbender Teppichboden.
Die Wohnung kostet warm 245,- €, es ist DSL und digitaler Kabelempfang möglich. Die Wohnung ist provisionsfrei zu mieten (für Studenten reicht statt einer Kaution auch eine Bürgschaft).
Die Küchenzeile kann der Nachmieter kostenfrei (wenn er will ;-) ) übernehmen.

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 2 min von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Pfännerhöhe entfernt, 2 min bis zum neuen Edeka-Center, 5min bis zum Penny und 10-15min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof.
Trotzdem, da sie im Hinterhaus liegt, ist es sehr ruhig.
Der Nachmieter könnte meine Küchenzeile übernehmen.
