ab sofort ist unsere Wohnung in der Dryanderstraße 35 (Südliche Innenstadt) zu vermieten!
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, in die Innestaddt benötigt man zu Fuß 7 Minuten und der Rannische Platz ist nicht einmal 5 Minuten entfernt, sodass auch gut Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel genutzt werden können.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten, hat ein 4-fenstriges, helles 30qm großes Wohnzimmer und ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Das Bad ist großzügig und auch die Küche von der Größe ausreichend um zum Beispiel oft gemeinsam zu kochen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 460€.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr zentrumsnahe Lage! Man braucht 5 Minuten bis zum Rannischen Platz und wenn man nur zu Fuß gehen möchte, sind das in die Innenstadt auch nur 10 Minuten1 :)
Die Nachbarn im Haus sind sehr freundlich, Pakete werden generell von den Nachbarn angenommen, sodass man nicht extra zur Post muss :)
Der kleine Hinterhof wird zum Fahrrad abstellen genutzt.
