Ein Zimmer (Wohnzimmer) ist ein Durchgangszimmer, die beiden anderen könnten auch als WG Zimmer genutzt werden. Also 2er WG mit Wohnzimmer war die Wohnung bei uns. Für eine kleine Familie würde es aber auch passen! :)
Die Wohnung wird unmöbeliert übergeben, eine Waschmaschine, die in einer Nische im Flur steht, und praktische Regale können bei Bedarf übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist leicht verwinkelt geschnitten, was viel Stauraum und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre mit sich bringt. Die Decken sind hoch, sodass es trotzdem luftig und geräumig ist.
Es gibt ein Kellerabteil und einen Innenhof, wo Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der südlichen Innenstadt, mit Straßenbahnhaltstelle quasi vor der Tür und Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. An der Saale ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Man ist nah an der Innenstadt und trotzdem auch schnell im Grünen.
