Wir suchen Nachmieter zum 15.01.2013.
Unsere Wohnung hat 2,5 Räume ( ein Durchgangszimmer), Zentralheizung, Bad mit Wanne, WC separat, ca. 56 qm, ist zentral gelegen, 1 min zur Straßenbahn, zu Fuß 10 min bis zum Markt, Ärzte, Einkauf etc. in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Hinterhof und Keller, Hausmeisterservice, ca. 350 € warm, helle Räume, DSL liegt an.
Einige Möbel würden wir gern gegen eine kleine Entschädigung abgeben (VB):
Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination, E-Herd, Spüle, Hängeschrank, großer Küchenschrank, praktischer Essklapptisch, Bücherwand, 2 Kleiderschränke (als Raumteiler genutzt), Flurschrank und alle Deckenlampen (7 STück)
Bilder vom Schlafzimmer gibt's grad nicht - muss erst aufgeräumt werden ;-)
Besichtigungstermine könnt ihr ganztägig vereinbaren, bitte vorher einfach per Mail anmelden.
