Hello everyone! Unluckily we are leaving Halle and our marvellous apartment. That means that you could be the next tenants! Its position is strategic: a 3-minute-walk from Markplatz, 7 from UniPlatz and 15 from Steintor Campus, it is ideal for students. Close by you have also the new REWE City and Leipziger Str, the main shopping street. The parking situation is actually not so bad; there are a lot of free parking in the immediate vicinity. If necessary, you can also rent NEN Pitch in Ritterhaus
Completely furnished (you have all you need: from sheets to cutlery!), it is perfect for couples or whoever wants to live in the city centre, close to shops and restaurants but still desires a quite atmosphere.
The 60-squaremeter-apartment is made up of a living room/ kitchen, a bedroom, a big bathroom, a hall and the icing on the cake: a wonderful balcony from where you can see Marienkirche’s Towers. And there is even a small barbeque!
Furthermore, there is a private basement storage available; bicycles can be locked in the courtyard.
