Da ich das nächste Semester im Ausland verbringe, muss ich nun schweren Herzens meine Wohnung am Rennbahnkreuz aufgeben. Sie hat 3 Zimmer, eine helle Wohnküche mit EBK und ein Bad mit Wanne, außerdem einen Balkon. Ein Kellerabteil gehört ebenfalls dazu.
Als Student habe ich nur ein Zimmer angemietet (das große mit Balkon) aber 5 Jahre alleine in der Wohnung gewohnt. Somit hatte ich immer ausreichend Platz für Besuch :)
Die Verbindung an den ÖPNV ist ausgezeichnet, man läuft nur wenige Minuten zu einem Knotenpunkt verschiedener Straßenbahnen und Buslinien, mit denen man in ca. 5 Minuten zum Marktplatz in die Innenstadt fährt und in 10-15 Minuten zum HBF. Auch zum Weinberg Campus fährt man nur wenige Minuten.
Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind immer reichlich vorhanden.
In der Nähe sind außerdem ein kleines Shoppingcenter, Supermärkte, Ärzte etc. und einige Parks. Die Gegend ist dennoch grün, seit kurzem gibt es eine Straße weiter sogar einen Stadtteilgarten und zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten im Grünen an der Saale.
Selbst als ich vor 3 Jahren an die Uni in Leipzig gewechselt bin, habe ich es vorgezogen, jeden Tag zu pendeln, da ich keine andere vergleichbare Wohnung finden konnte und die Bahn-Verbindung nach Leipzig ist auch super.

Der Preis gilt für das große Zimmer mit Balkon, die kleineren Zimmer wären noch günstiger.
The flat has 3 rooms (one with balcony), a large kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
It is only a few minutes walk to a tram/bus station. With public transport you need only a few minutes to the city center, central train station or the university. There are a small shopping center, supermarkets, doctors etc. but it is a green area with parks, a small city garden and the river nearby.
