Die 60m² 2 ZKBB-Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug im März 2020 komplett renoviert.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert überlassen. Die Möbel sind neu.
Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Haustiere sind willkommen.
Im Keller befindet sich eine grosse Münzwaschmaschine und ein Trockner.
Ein Waschgang kostet 1,- EUR, trocknen 50 Ct.
Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.

The size is 60m², the apartment has 2 rooms and a balcony with view on the harbor and beautiful sunsets.
Pets are welcome.
The apartment was completely refurbished before I moved in in March 2020.
The furniture, which is new, can be used.
In the basement there is a public washing machine which costs 1,- EUR, drying costs 50 Ct.
It's not possible to register residence.

Busse sind in in 3 Mins. zu Fuss erreichbar, die S-Bahn Holstenstrasse in 7 Mins.
Aldi, Edeka, Budni, Denn's, Peter Pane, ein Dönerladen und ein Friseur sind um die Ecke.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich diverse Restaurants und Parks.
Der Bahnhof Altona ist zwei Bushaltestellen entfernt. Dort kann man auch sonntags einkaufen (Lidl).
Zur Uni sind es 2 S-Bahn Haltestellen oder ~12 Mins mit dem Fahrrad. Eine Stadtrad-Leihstation ist um die Ecke. Das Stadtrad kann man in Hamburg 30 Mins. kostenlos nutzen und problemlos in der ganzen Stadt abstellen.
Ins Zentrum sind es 3 Haltestellen mit der S-Bahn. Die Reeperbahn (15 Mins. zu Fuss), Schanze, St. Pauli (um die Ecke) sind ebenfalls unweit gelegen.

The train station Altona is 2 bus stops away. At the train station Altona you can do groceries on sundays (Lidl).
Transit to the University are 2 metro stops or ~12 mins by bike. There is a public bike station around the corner. Public bikes can be used for 30 mins for free and can be parked anywhere in the city.
Transit to the city center are 3 stops with the metro Also the famous sites Reeperbahn (15 mins walking), Schanze and St. Pauli (around the corner) are nearby.
