2-room apartment in Bahrenfeld - accommodation for June search 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Bahrenfeld - Untermiete für Juni gesucht

Smilla and I, Madita, got a rental apartment in Hamburg from June, but can't move until July. That's why we're looking for 1-2 people from 3-30. June to move to our new apartment. Unfortunately, the apartment is empty at this time, there is a fully functional kitchen, unfortunately no washing machine and dishwasher. We will take care of a cooling option.

The apartment is spacious, the two rooms go out to the street, but you are not seen from outside. There is also a small balcony accessible from the kitchen. The balcony goes out to the side of the courtyard, which consists of a very quiet, large lawn area with table tennis boards.

The apartment is in a very good condition.

Smilla und ich, Madita, haban ab Juni eine Mietwohnung in Hamburg aber schaffen es erst, im Juli einzuziehen. Dashalb suchen wir 1-2 Personen, die vom 3.-30. Juni zur Untermiete in unsere neuen Wohnung ziehen. Leider ist die Wohnung zu diesem Zeitpunkt leer, es gibt eine vollfunktionsfähige Küche, leider keine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Um eine Kühlmöglichkeit werden wir uns kümmern.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, die zwei Zimmer gehen zur Straße raus, man wird aber von draußen nicht gesehen. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon, der von der Küche aus zugänglich ist. Der Balkon geht zur seite des Innenhofs raus, welcher aus einer sehr ruhigen, großen Rasenfläche mit Tischtennisplatten besteht.

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
