Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock. Das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind jeweils 20qm groß. Durch die großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer ist der Raum schön lichtdurchflutet. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einer Spüle. Bei Bedarf können Schränke, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank übernommen werden. Das Bad ist etwas schmal, bietet aber Platz für eine Waschmaschine und hat eine Badewanne. Der Flur verbindet Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer. Es gibt einen Dachboden, sowie Keller und Stellplätze für Fahrräder.
Die Anbindung ist top! 2 Minuten Weg zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle, Anbindung mit der Linie 2 nach Altona (10 Min.) und Linie 3 in die Stadt (25-30 Min.), oder Richtung Schenefeld, über Trabrennbahn.
Die S- Bahn- Station ist in 10 Min. erreicht, wo regelmäßige Anbindung Stadt, Flughafen, oder Blankenese und Wedel besteht.
Der nahegelegene Volkspark ist auch schnell erreicht.
Da ich einen Nachmieter für die Wohnung suche, werden Interessenten an die Wohnungsgesellschaft weiter vermittelt. Diese gibt gern weitere Auskünfte bezüglich der Kaution und den anderen Vertragsmodalitäten.
