In der Wohnung ist Platz für fünf Personen. Das Doppelbett ist 200 cm breit und somit für zwei Personen breit genug (dazu habe ich eine 2x2,20m-Bettdecke). Außerdem habe ich ein Schlafsofa, das 140 x 200 cm groß ist und so ebenfalls zwei Personen beherbergen kann. Eine Luftmatratze im Arbeitszimmer bietet Platz für eine weitere Person.
Fernseher und Internet-Anschluss sind natürlich vorhanden, eine Waschmaschine ebenfalls. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Bioethanol-Kamin angebracht, der wundervolle Stimmung verbreitet.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, zur U- und S-Bahn sind es 6 Minuten Fußweg oder eine Station mit dem Bus und ab dort 12 Minuten Fahrt bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die Bahnen fahren auch zu den Landungsbrücken, nach St. Pauli und bis zur berühmten Party-Meile Hamburgs, in nur 17 Minuten ist man vor Ort.
