ZWISCHENMIETE: Maisonette Wohnung mit Terasse im Herzen der Dachauer Altstadt

We are Paulo and Nina together with our two year old Lila. As we will be travelling for three to four months to visit family and are renting out our flat to a couple or small family :)

This unique and very spacious apartment over two floors and a beautifil wooded floor is in the center of Dachau’s old town. It was very recently completely newly furnished and decorated by us with a lot of love and nice details.
Downstairs you have a big bathroom with toilet and bathtub, the kitchen & living room with a possibility to sleep on our “arabic sofa”.
Upstairs is another toilet with shower, a bed room with two matresses (we sleep on the floor) and one extra room which will be locked because we will put all our belongings in there.

The kitchen is surely one of many highlights of the apartment as it is very speacious and well equiped. Another highlight is the 3x3 meter window in the loving room that gives a lot of light and allows cozy rain/snow days.
The apartment has a big around 30 square meter terrace which will be rebuilt completely within the next weeks. We also have many plants that will need some watering.

The neighbourhood is quiet but can be a little bit more noisy on te weekends as there are several nice restaurants and shops around. Also 5 minutes walking from here is the Dachau castle with a big Garden and a forest like area attached.
