Ab dem 01.12. wird unsere schöne 2,5-Zimmerwohnung in Eilbek frei.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Seumestraße im 2. Stock eines typischen Hamburger Rotklinkerbaus.
Sie wurde vor Bezug im Januar 2010 komplett Saniert, Flur und Zimmer sind mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt, Bad und Küche weiß gefliest. Weiße EBK mit holzfarbener Arbeitsplatte, Bad mit Wanne, Handtuchtrockner und Fenster, Warmwasser mit strombetriebenen Durchlauferhitzer.
Waschmaschinenanschluss ist in der Küche vorhanden, Spülmaschine kann übernommen werden. Geheizt wird mit Fernwärme. Weiter ist ein Kellerraum vorhanden und es kann ein Fahrradkeller genutzt werden
U/S-Bahnhaltestelle Wandsbeker Chaussee (U 1/S 1) ist fußläufig erreichbar (5 min zur ubahn, 10 min zur sbahn), zum Hbf sind es 10 min mit der Bahn.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (netto, edeka, lidl, alnatura, rossmann, budni, bierland) sind in
Vom Verwalter aus wird eine Vertragsabschlussgebühr von ca 160 Euro fällig. Für die Spülmaschine möchten wir eine Abschlagszahlung von 80€ haben.
