Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Eilbek und ist somit sehr zentral gelegen. Es sind gerade mal 2 Stationen mit der S1 zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch die U1 (Wartenau) ist in 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Vor der Haustür befindet sich das beliebte Café „Café Brooks“, sowie ein Bio-Bäcker. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka und Budni sind 7 min fußläufig zu erreichen, sowie das Fitnessstudio „On Stage“.
Zudem bietet sich der Eilbekkanal, welcher in der Nähe liegt, zum Joggen und Spazierengehen an und führt direkt zur Alster.

The apartment is located in the district of Eilbek and is therefore very centrally located. There are just 2 stations with the S1 to the main station. The U1 (Wartenau) can also be reached on foot in 7 minutes. The popular café "Café Brooks" and an organic bakery are a footstep away. Shops such as Edeka and Budnikowsky can be reached on foot in 7 minutes, as can the fitness studio "On Stage".
In addition, the Eilbek Canal, which is nearby, is ideal for jogging and walking and leads directly to the Alster.
