The apartment is located in a quiet side street, walking 5 minutes from Easter Street. On Easter there is everything that desires the heart of a young person, restaurants, bars, services.

The Lutterothstraße underground station, from which the U2 runs, is reachable in 5 minutes, even in 3 minutes. From here you will be at the Sternschanze in 10 minutes, 11 minutes at the Jungfernstieg, 13 minutes at the Main Station, etc.

I usually use my bike because Eimsbüttel is strategically super and you reach the other cool neighborhoods in 10-20 minutes.

Wenn euch die Wohnung selbst noch nicht überzeugt, dann vielleicht:

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, fußläufig 5 Minuten von der Osterstraße entfernt. Auf der Oster gibt es alles, was das Herz eines jungen Menschen begehrt, Restaurants, Bars, Dienstleistungen.

Die U-Bahn-Station Lutterothstraße, von der die U2 fährt, ist in 5 Minuten, schnellen Schrittes sogar in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Von hier seid ihr in 10 Minuten an der Sternschanze, 11 Minuten am Jungfernstieg, in, 13 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof usw.

Ich selbst nutze allerdings in der Regel mein Fahrrad, weil Eimsbüttel strategisch super liegt und man die andere coolen Stadtteile in 10-20 Minuten erreicht.
