Sie liegt im 4. Stock und nach hinten raus, ist hell und ruhig.
Die Zimmer haben 12-13qm, die Küche sogar 13-14qm + Speisekammer und der Flur ist auch grosszügig geschnitten.
Der Balkon geht von der Küche ab und ist nach Westen ausgerichtet.
Die Whg liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage, in der Nähe befinden sich sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Wochenmarkt, Biomarkt, Discounter, Budni, Karstadt usw) und gute Anbindungen zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Lutterothstr U2, Osterstr U2, 4er Bus). Der Fussweg dorthin beträgt ca 5-10min.
