Für 700 Euro alles inklusive: sämtliche Nebenkosten, TV-Anschluss, Festnetztelefon + Internet/WLAN. 1 Monatsmiete Kaution.
Bei Belegung mit zwei Personen (nur Paare! WG ist NICHT möglich) erhöht sich die Nebenkostenpauschale um 20 Euro (Gesamtmiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten in dem Fall also 720 Euro).
