Die charmante Zwei Zimmer Wohnung liegt super zentral in Eimsbüttel. Nur einen Katzenaprung von der Osterstraße entfernt und doch super ruhig.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, die Wohnung hat einen Balkon und eine große Küche, in der man locker und gemütlich um den Tisch sitzen kann.
Die 500 € Ablöse sind für die Küche. Kühlschrank und Herd sind 3 Jahre alt, die Spülmaschine 1,5 Jahre, die Waschmaschine ist schon älter aber voll funktionsfähig. Die Küchenmöbel sind gut in Schuss und haben letztes Jahr noch neue Fronten von einem Schreiner bekommen.
