Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen aktuell im Ausland lebe, suche ich einen Untermieter für meine schöne Altbauwohnung Nähe U Lutterothstraße. Ich möchte es mir offen lassen ob ich nach 12 Monaten zurückkehre , daher suche ich eine zuverlässige Person die eine Wohnung zum Übergang suchst.
Solltest du nur erstmal etwas für 6 Monate suchen, können wir trotzdem sehr gerne ins Gespräch kommen!

U Lutterothstraße 2min zu Fuß, sowie die Osterstraße in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Vorzugsweise suche ich Leute die arbeiten oder studieren ( bei Studium Absicherung vorweisen).
Über die 6- 12 Monate wird die Wohnung teilmöbliert sein. Sollte danach eine Übernahme erfolgen werde ich vermutlich Alles aus der Wohnung mitnehmen. Daher wird es eine Abschlagsgebühr von 500€ geben. Zudem ist eine Kaution von ca 2000€ bei Einzug fällig, dies ist vom Vermieter so vorgegeben.
