Hallo, ich möchte meine schöne und zentrale Wohnung für 4 Monate untervermieten.

Das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten ausgerichtet und daher sehr ruhig. Von hier hat man Zugang zu einem sonnigen Balkon. Die offene Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Spülmaschine). Es ist ein Schreibtisch mit Chefsessel vorhanden, daher eignet sich die Wohnung auch sehr gut als Hoemoffice.
Das moderne Badezimmer mit großem Fenster hat eine ebenerdige Dusche und Waschmaschine.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und liegt direkt gegenüber vom Hayns Park mit Zugang zur Alster.
Restaurants, Cafes, Wochenmärkte und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Von der Wohnung aus läuft man jeweils 10 min zu folgenden U-Bahn Stationen: Lattenkamp, Hudtwalckerstraße, Kellinghusenstraße. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Das UKE und der Flughafen sind sehr gut erreichbar.

Bei Interesse würde ich mich über ein paar Infos zu eurer Person freuen.

PS. Als Kaution würde eine Kaution von 500 Euro hinzukommen, die bei Auszug natürlich zurück gezahlt wird.
