Hallo,
ich suche für drei Wochen während ich in den USA auf Reisen bin einen Zwischenmieter für meine schöne Altbauwohnung in Eppendorf.
Ich werde am 12.10. fliegen und komme am 31.10. wieder. Einzug wäre aber schon zum 10.12. möglich.
Die Wohnung hat zwei gleich große Zimmer (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, ca 15m2). Der Balkon geht vom Wohnzimmer ab.
Dusche und WC ist getrennt.
Im Wohn-, Schlafzimmer und im Flur sind sehr schöne und gepflegte Dielen.
Für die drei Wochen möchte ich 450 € Miete. Möglich wäre auch eine Woche zu mieten.
Die Möbel bleiben selbstverständlich in der Wohnung.
