Visiting & learning:
A visit is possible either personally or online. I am, however, 15. May evening until June 2nd, not on site, so a personal visit should take place before or after that – or you decide to trust me and to accept the apartment without any intention. I promise you, you will feel comfortable :)

No matter how: I would always like to get to know you by videocall or personally, because this is my beloved home – and I would like to give it in mind during my absence. Please take care of my things – this is important to me and for me a self-evidentness.

Either way: I would definitely like to get to know you beforehand via video call or in person, because this is my beloved home - and I want to leave it in careful hands while I'm away. Please treat my things with care - that is important to me and a matter of course.

Zum Ein- und Auszug:
Mit dem Ein- oder Auszugstermin kann ich dir gerne 1–2 Tage entgegenkommen – lass uns einfach darüber sprechen, was für dich am besten passt.

Besichtigung & Kennenlernen:
Eine Besichtigung ist entweder persönlich oder auch online möglich. Ich bin allerdings vom 15. Mai abends bis zum 2. Juni nicht vor Ort, daher müsste eine persönliche Besichtigung davor oder danach stattfinden – oder du entscheidest dich, mir zu vertrauen und die Wohnung ohne Vorabbesichtigung anzunehmen. Ich verspreche dir, du wirst dich wohlfühlen :)

Ganz egal wie: Ich würde dich in jedem Fall gerne vorher per Videocall oder persönlich kennenlernen, denn das hier ist mein geliebtes Zuhause – und ich möchte es während meiner Abwesenheit in achtsame Hände geben. Bitte gehe sorgsam mit meinen Dingen um – das ist mir wichtig und für mich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
