Hi Zusammen,
da ich umziehen, muss ich leider meine schöne Wohnung im Falkenried aufgeben.
Die Wohnung hat 2,5 Zimmer wobei man Sie auch als 3 Zimmer Wohnung nutzen kann, wenn man den Durchgang entsprechend zuzieht.
Ansonsten ist Sie relativ gut geschnitten und mit Balkon und falls man on Top zum Wohnzimmer noch ein Essplatz braucht, bietet die Küche auch noch einen kleinen Platz und für alles was man nicht in der Wohnung benötigt, gibt es noch einen Dachboden dazu.
Zur Lage brauche ich vermutlich nicht viel sagen. Von Restaurants, Supermärkten, Kaffees und Sport Möglichkeiten findet man hier eig alles.
Da ich damals eine ziemlich hohe Ablöse zahlen musste, muss ich dies leider auch wieder machen.
Was ist in der 4000 Euro Ablöse enthalten:
