Das Haus liegt in der nähe von Hauptbahnhof, genauer gesagt 2 Gehminuten von U Bahn Lübecker Straße.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 50 qm² groß und verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer sowie 1 großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Dazu kommen eine geräumige Küche sowie ein kleines aber voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Keller der bei Bedarf mit genutzt werden kann.
Ansonsten ist soweit alles vorhanden. Wlan, TV usw. sind natürlich im Mietpreis inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und incl. allen Nebenkosten.
