We're offering two beautiful, connected rooms in a charming old apartment in the heart of Karoviertel/St. Pauli, available from June 1st. Ideal for one person or a couple looking for a comfortable, stylish place to stay in Hamburg for a few months.

Located on the 2nd floor of a traditional Altbau building (no elevator), the apartment is full of natural light and tastefully furnished. The two available rooms are connected by a door – perfect to use as a bedroom and a living or work space.

What’s included:

Fully furnished (140 cm bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe, etc.)

Fully equipped kitchen with small dining area and south-facing balcony

Bathroom with shower and washing machine

Wi-Fi, dishes, iron, balcony furniture – everything is ready to move in!

Who we are:
The apartment is rented by my sister. We (her family) are subletting two of the three rooms while she’s away. You’ll have the apartment mostly to yourself – occasional visits happen but are always announced well in advance. It's a calm and quiet home.

Move-in date: flexible but latest June 1st

Duration: 3 months to start, extension possible

Rent: €1300, utilities included

Security deposit: €1300

Wir vermieten spätestens ab dem 1. Juni zwei wunderschöne, miteinander verbundene Zimmer in einer charmanten Altbauwohnung im beliebten Karoviertel / St. Pauli. Ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar, das für ein paar Monate ein stilvolles, gemütliches Zuhause in Hamburg sucht.

Zur Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines typischen Altbaus (ohne Aufzug), ist sehr hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die beiden freien Zimmer sind durch eine Tür verbunden – ideal zum Beispiel als Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer oder Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer.

Ausstattung:

Voll möbliert (1,40 m Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kommode usw.)

Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit kleinem Esstisch und Südbalkon zum Innenhof

Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine

WLAN, Geschirr, Bügeleisen, Balkonmöbel – es ist alles da, was man braucht

Während meine Schwester nicht da ist, vermieten ihre Eltern und ich zwei der drei Zimmer befristet unter. In der Regel habt ihr die Wohnung komplett für euch – gelegentliche Besuche werden immer vorher angekündigt. Es ist ein ruhiges, angenehmes Zuhause auf Zeit.

Einzug: flexibel aber spätestens 1. Juni.

Mietdauer: zunächst 3 Monate, evtl. Verlängerung möglich

Miete: 1300€ alles inklusive

Kaution: 1.300€

Haftpflichtversicherung wäre wichtig zu haben.
