Hallo Leute,
ich biete meine kleine, gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung im 3.OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses zur Zwischenmiete an, weil ich aufgrund eines Praktikums für ein halbes Jahr nicht in Hamburg bin.
Die Wohnung ist mit Holzdielen ausgelegt, voll möbliert, mit Waschmaschine und Küche ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Wannenbad wurde 2009 frisch saniert. Fernseher und Fahrrad dürft ihr gerne nutzen.
Im grünen Marienthal gelegen, habt ihr das Wandsbeker Gehölz in unmittelbarer Nähe und wohnt sehr ruhig, da alle Zimmer nach hinten raus gehen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt, so seit ihr in 5 Minuten am Wandsbek Markt und in weiteren 9 Minuten mit der U-Bahn am Hauptbahnhof. Ein Aldi ist ca. 8 Gehminuten entfernt.
Alle Räume sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, deshalb bitte ich auch darum, ordentlich mit der Einrichtung umzugehen.
In der Miete sind alle anfallenden Kosten, sowie Telefon und Internet inbegriffen.
