Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG (kein Fahrstuhl) und bietet einen freien Blick bis hin zum Fernsehturm. Da sie zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet ist, bekommt man nichts vom Trubel der ansässigen Gastronomie mit.

Die Verkehrsanbindung (U-/S-Bahn & Busse) ist hervorragend. Sowohl die Aster als auch die Elbe sind fußläufig binnen 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Parken ist mit Anwohnerparkausweis ebenfalls problemlos möglich.
