Small, nice old building, central is not possible. Kleine, schöne Altbauwohnung, zentraler gehts nicht.

Here in the Portugiesenviertel there are great restaurants, cafes and pubs, as well as a beautiful park at Michel around the corner.
The underground and S-Bahn landing bridges can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The subway Baumwall is within 5 minutes walking distance. A Rewe center is on the ground floor right next to the entrance. The port is also within 5 minutes walking distance. The city centre and the gravel can also be reached on foot, by bike, or by train station.

Die U- und S-Bahn Landungsbrücken sind in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die U-Bahn Baumwall ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Rewe-Center ist im Erdgeschoss direkt neben dem Hauseingang. Der Hafen ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Innenstadt und der Kiez kann ebenfalls zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad, oder eine Station mit der Bahn erreicht werden.
