Bright 2 room apartment with workstation & large balcony Helles 2 Zimmer Apartment mit Arbeitsplatz & großem Balkon

Hello together,

I am out of the country for about 3 weeks and would like to rent my apartment - if there is a suitable person.

The rent (800 Euro for 3 weeks) goes without saying that 50 euro would be wonderful as a small furnishing cup - that I could do in my savings box for a new kitchen floor. 😊🤝

There is a quite large fully equipped kitchen incl. Barista Corner (see photo), a large balcony incl. Sofa, removable hammock and table with height-adjustable chairs (you can fold around to lie in it). I also have a home office including screen, a living room with beamer and a very cozy box spring bed.

Ich bin für ca. 3 Wochen ausser Lande und möchte meine Wohnung - wenn es eine geeignete Person gibt - untervermieten.

Die Miete (800 Euro für 3 Wochen) versteht sich inklusive allem, dazu wäre 50 euro als kleine Möblierungspauschale wundervoll - das könnte ich dann in meine Spardose für einen neuen Küchenfussboden tun. 😊🤝

Es gibt eine recht grosse, vollausgestattete Küche inkl. Barista Corner (siehe Foto), einen grossen Balkon inkl. Sofa, abnehmbarer Hängematte und Tisch mit höhenverstellbaren Stühlen (kann man umklappen um darin zu liegen). Ausserdem habe ich einen Homeofficeplatz inklusive Screen, ein Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und ein sehr gemütliches Boxspringbett.
