Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schrank, Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und großer Couch, voll ausgestattete Küche, Gästezimmer mit Schlafcouch und Schrank (das auch als Schlafzimmer für WG geeignet wäre), kleines Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster, kleiner Balkon mit Bänkchen.
Die Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine ist im Keller.

As we are travelling, we want to rent out our beautiful 2.5 room apartment in Ottensen: perfectly cut 52 square meters in Hochparterre for couples or as a shared flat.
Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, living room with TV and large couch, fully equipped kitchen, guest room with sofa bed and wardrobe (which would also be suitable as a bedroom for shared flat), small bathroom with bathtub and window, small balcony.
The communal washing machine is in the basement.
Direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus zum Bahnhof Altona (7 Minuten), von dort sind alle Orte Hamburgs schnell mit S-Bahn oder Bus zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum von Ottensen kommt ihr aber auch zu Fuß in 10 bis 15 Minuten. Dort findet ihr zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, tolle Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Kino. Zum Elbstrand sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir lieben unsere Nachbarschaft!

Directly on the doorstep the bus goes to the train station Altona (7 minutes), from there all places in Hamburg can be reached quickly by S-Bahn or bus. But you can also walk to the center of Ottensen in 10 to 15 minutes. There you will find numerous shops, great cafes, restaurants, bars and cinema. The Elbe beach is only 15 minutes on foot. We love our neighborhood!
Wir sind von Mitte Februar bis Mitte Mai verreist. Falls ihr aber etwas länger oder kürzer bleiben wollt, finden wir sicher eine Lösung.
Im Preis inbegriffen sind auch Strom, Wasser und 16 Mbit Internet. Wenn ihr euch bei uns meldet, schicken wir euch gerne weitere Informationen und Fotos. Putzmittel und andere Haushaltutensilien sind vorhanden und können gerne verwendet werden. Wer will, kann auch unsere Fahrräder nutzen.
Die genaue Adresse geben wir euch, nachdem ihr uns geschrieben habt.
Unsere Wohnung ist das perfekte Zuhause für alle, die für drei Monate eine bezahlbare Unterkunft brauchen. Wir freuen uns auf eure Anfragen!

The price includes electricity, water and 16 Mbit Internet. If you contact us, we will send you more information and photos. Cleaning supplies and other household utensils are available and can be used. If you want, you can also use our bikes.
