ab dem 01.07.2020 wird meine 77qm große Wohnung in St Georg (Berliner Tor) einzugsbereit sein. Sie besteht aus 2 Zimmern: Schlafzimmer, großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Diele, Bad mit Badewanne und geräumiger Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug.
Die Miete beträgt 940€ ALL inkl.
Es muss ein Abstand von 2.000€ von Küche + Möbel gezahlt werden (ist Voraussetzung)

Die Wohnung liegt fussläufig entfernt vom Aldi, Real oder auch Penny am Steindamm.
Die Haltestelle Lohmühlenstraße und auch Berliner Tor sind in ca. 6 min zu erreichen
Der Weg zur Alster ist ebenfalls kurz und angenehm. Vom Steindamm bekommt man nicht wirklich etwas mit würde somit sagen ich habe mich immer sicher gefühlt.
