We are looking for someone to rent our fully furnished modern 2 room apartment in the heart of Schanze / St Pauli from February 2022 to July 2022.
We will be working abroad for 5-6 months and we are searching for a clean and responsible single person or couple to take on our apartment for that time.
The apartment has two rooms, a large open plan Living Room and Kitchen which features large glass doors that lead onto a spacious balcony, and an adjacent large bedroom with a king size bed and a desk space for home office.
There is a big bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a bar area for dining. The apartment also features a walk in closet for storage. Located on the first floor with an elevator.
The apartment is recently decorated and features new furniture.
The ideal candidate must be calm and responsible, no parties and non smokers only.
The price includes all bills, heating, water, electricity and internet.

Wir suchen jemanden, der von Februar 2022 bis Juli 2022 unsere komplett möblierte moderne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen der Schanze / St. Pauli mietet.
Wir werden für 5-6 Monate im Ausland arbeiten und suchen für diese Zeit eine saubere und verantwortungsbewusste Einzelperson oder ein Pärchen, die unsere Wohnung übernehmen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer, ein großes offenes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche mit großen Glastüren, die auf einen geräumigen Balkon führen, und ein angrenzendes, großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Schreibtisch für das Home-Office.
Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Die Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler und einen Barbereich zum Essen. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank zur Aufbewahrung. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock mit Aufzug gelegen.
Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich eingerichtet und verfügt über neue Möbel.
Der/die ideale KandidatIn muss verantwortungsbewusst sein; keine Partys und Nichtraucher.
Der Preis beinhaltet alle Rechnungen, Heizung, Wasser, Strom und Internet.

The apartment is located right in the middle of the St Pauli and Schanze districts, with many restaurants, bars and cafes on the doorstep. There is a large supermarket across the road. The closest U Bahn is Feldstraße U3 and is 5 minutes walk away.
