The flat is fully furnished, ideal for one person or for a couple in an Altbau building with high ceilings. There are two rooms and a small bathroom (see photos). The total rent is 670€ inc. everything except for Rundfunkbeitrag (if you choose to register). You can move in with your luggage only.
