2-Zimmer Wohnung für 2 Monate gemietet - Entire Flat for 2 months

Wir mieten unsere 2-Zimmer Wohnung für 2 Monate, also von 15. Mai bis zum 15. Juli 2018.
Die Miete der Wohnung beträgt monatlich 780 Euro, und dies mit allen Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Internet).
Eine Kaution von 300 Euro wird angefordert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und für ein Paar gut geeignet. Zu zwei wie in einer WG ist jedoch auch möglich, obwohl es in der Wohnung nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden und beide Zimmer sind nachmittags sonnig. Die Küche und Badezimmer sind groß und hell. Sie werden alles was Sie zum kochen brauchen, finden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die benutzt werden kann.

Hello,
We are renting our flat for two months, means from the 15th of May until the 15th of July 2018.
The price for the monthly rent cost is 780-Euro, all charges included (water, electricity, heating, internet).
A deposit of 300-Euro will be asked with the first monthly payment.
The flat is very cozy and well-suited for a couple. There is also a possibility of flat-sharing for two people, we just have only one bedroom. The bedroom is linked to the living-room and are sunny in the afternoon. The Kitchen and bathroom are large and both east-oriented, so you´ll have sun in the morning. You´ll find all the equipment you need for cooking and a wash-machine in the bathroom that you can use.
