aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes biete ich meine schöne 3-Zimmerwohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.

- Frei ab 13.01.2017
- Frei bis mindestens 31.04.2017
- 72qm, 3 Zimmer, 4.OG,im eleganten Haus, sanierter Altbau mit schönen Holzdielen, EBK, Duschbad, Balkon.
- Zwei große Zimmer sind miteinander durch ein Flügeltür verbunden. Dazu gibt es ein seperates Schlafzimmer.
- teil möbliert inkl. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Fernseher, Bett, Schlafcouch, Sessel, 2 Kleiderschränke, Teppich, Küchengeräte, Teller, Besteck, Gläser usw.

Die Gesammiete beträgt alles inklusive 825 € (Strom, Gas, Wasser, Betriebskosten, Möbel,Hausratversicherung exkl. Telefon/Internet)

Zur Zeit bin ich im Ausland und telefonisch nur per Whatsapp ----/-------) erreichbar. Selbstverständlich werde ich deine E-mail schnell möglichst beantworten. Nach einer Terminvereinbarung wird meine Partnerin dir die Wohnung zeigen.

Hi guys,

Due to my assignment in abroad, I offer my charming apartment for rent on a temporary period.

Here are some facts,
- The apartment is available from 13th of January until 31th of April 2017
- It is 72m2 big, has 3 Rooms, is placed on 4th Floor in a elegant building
- The floor is covered with genuine wood floorboards and there is a balcony as well.
- Two big rooms are connected to each other through a wing-door which makes them in fact a big living room. There is also another separate bedroom.
- the apartment is simple furnished, but it has all what one requires such as a refrigator, a washmachine, a dishwasher, a cable TV, a bed, a sleeping L-shaped couch, 2 wardrobe , kitchen tools, plates, pans, pots, cutlery, glasses etc

All inclusive rent is 825 Euro/month (incl. electricty, water, heating )
