Moin Moin, ihr seid auf der Suche nach einer schönen, neuen und ruhigen Wohnung?! Diese ist perfekt dafür!
Ich wohne seit 1.5 Jahren hier. Die Wohnung war ein Erstbezug, somit sind alle Geräte und das Bad sehr neu. Großer, schöner Balkon.Waschmaschine, Couch, Kommode, Tisch mit zwei Barstühlen können drinbleiben. Die Wohnung hat ein Hauptzimmer mit offener Küche und ein separates Zimmer sowie einen super süßen und einzigartigen Aufgang, so dass sie einen Spitzboden hat und sehr hell wird dadurch.
Ihr könnt gerne Näheres noch erfragen. Von dem zweiten Zimmer, das ich als Ankleidezimmer nutze, habe ich aktuell leider keine Bilder. Dieses ist jedoch noch einmal ca. 10 qm groß.
Ihr seid in 15 Minuten mit der U1 am Jungfernstieg, trotzdem ist es hier sehr ruhig und ihr seid direkt, fußläufig 5Minuten, an den Alsterkanälen. Rewe, Penny etc. etwas weiter weg (8 Minuten zu Fuß), UBahn 3Min. von hier. Also insgesamt ruhig, aber du bist doch schnell zentral und mitten im Geschehen.
