The apartment is in a quiet Street in a lively area of Winterhude with many restaurants, schools and shopping options. It is situated between the Stadtpark (2 min walk) and the Alster Lake (10 min walk).
Excellent connections to Bus and metro. The stations are just around the Corner.
You can reach the city Center in about 15 min.
The apartment is ideal for expats staying for a long term with their families.
One room is a Bedroom with a double bed. One room is a Living room with a TV and Dining Table.
The third room can be used for any purpose as a second bedroom or office as needed.
I am providing a sleeping Couch here. But in the past a lot of people have put in their Kinder beds into this room.
