The common household items as well as appliances, such as bed linen, towels, washing & dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine plus any electric appliances (mooth, smooth iron, etc.) are available. Fast internet is also available. The monthly total rent for the period amounts to 1200 euros. Interesting should be liability insurance.

Wir bieten unsere möblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für den Zeitraum von Mitte August bis Mitte Dezember 2025 an. Es handelt sich um eine Neubauwohnung nach Erstbezug im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Balkon. Nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarschaft. Zudem steht ein Trockenraum für Wäsche im UG zur Verfügung. Die gängigen Haushaltsgegenstände als auch -geräte, wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Wasch- & Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine plus etwaige Elektrogeräte (Föhn, Glatteisen, etc.) stehen zur Verfügung. Schnelles Internet ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die monatliche Gesamtmiete für den Zeitraum beläuft sich auf 1200 Euro. Interessanten sollten haftpflichtversichert sein.
