Die Claudiusstr 2 ist eine sehr schöne 3 Zimmer Wohnung. Sie hat eine Küche und ein sehr schönes Badezimmer.
Die Fenster wurden seinerzeit mal neu gemacht und bestechen durch ihre Rundbögen, die einzigartig sind.
Im Haus wohnen 8 Parteien, die alle von dem Eigentümer handverlesen wurden. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Hausgemeinschaft und im Innenhof gibt es drei Garagen.
Zur Bahn Haltestelle ist es nicht weit. Ja nachdem wie man geht, ist man nach 3 Minuten an und in der Straßenbahn.
Der Weg zum Kröpke ist nicht so weit, wie man es denkt. Es sind nur 9 Stationen, die man unterirdisch fährt. Alternative kann man auch mit dem Rad über die Hildesheimerstr 103, oder am Maschsee lang fahren.
Hannover ist immer eine Reise wert.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in fußläufiger Richtiung sehr schnell erreichbar. Die üblichen Nahversorger sind ganz in der Nähe und laden zum schoppen förmlich ein. Wer über die Brücke zur Messe geht, der findet eine vielzahl an Geschäften.
Ob man nun mit dem Auto fahren muss, oder das Rad nimmt, der Weg ist der Gleiche.
