Die Wohnung liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage Sie ist modern eingerichtet , hell und geeignet für Paare oder eine junge Familie (sehr kinderfreundliche Umgebung). Die große Terrasse mit Garten ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und man hat den ganzen Nachmittag und Abends Sonne. Es gibt zwei WCs, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Außerdem ist die Wohnung super gut isoliert und im Winter angenehm warm.
Die Wohnung 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, 3 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle). Es gibt diverse Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Laufnähe (Rewe, Edeka, Penny). Zum nächsten DM läuft man 10 Minuten. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Restaurants und Bars, sie schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen sind (wir geben gerne Tipps!). Es gibt einen wunderschönen Park direkt um die Ecke.
